Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quick Route Link ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quick Route Link provides a platform for creating and managing delivery routes:

• Free users receive 1 CSV upload per email address every 30 days
• Pro subscribers ($10/month) receive unlimited uploads
• Maximum of 500 addresses per route
• All delivery lists expire after 15 days
• Driver interfaces are accessible via unique URLs

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and legal deliveries
• Not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Respect the privacy of delivery recipients
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Ensure you have proper consent to share customer data
• Be responsible for the accuracy of uploaded customer information
• Not share delivery route links with unauthorized parties

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for:

• Delivery of illegal items, controlled substances, or prohibited materials
• Any unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Harassment or harm to individuals
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures

5. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your uploaded customer data
• We own all optimized routes, algorithms, and derivative works created by our Service
• We may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our services
• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quick Route Link and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the Service

6. Payment and Subscriptions

For Pro subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at $15/month
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Your account and data remain active until the end of your billing period after cancellation

7. Service Availability and Limitations

• We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We may perform maintenance with at least 24 hours advance notice when possible
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Service performance may vary based on data quality and external factors

8. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to:

• Immediately terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Driver Access and Link Sharing

• Delivery route links are confidential and intended only for authorized drivers
• Sharing delivery links with unauthorized parties is prohibited
• Links automatically expire after 15 days
• We are not responsible for misuse of shared links

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quick Route Link from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your delivery activities
• Violation of these terms
• Infringement of any third-party rights
• Any disputes between you and delivery recipients

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Route Link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time with 30 days advance notice. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in British Columbia, Canada, under the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quick Route Link regarding the Service.
